Fine Distillery
The spirit of the Austrian Alps!
On the shores of Lake Constance in Austria, in a region with extensive orchard cultivation, apples, pears, plums, cherries, apricots, quinces and other fruits with distinctive varietal character ripen under special climatic conditions.
Since 1886, we have been using these natural treasures to produce distillates of the highest fruit enjoyment. What began as a farm with a small inn developed over the years into a cooperage and cidery, eventually becoming the Prinz Distillery of today.
State-of-the-art technology and a lot of experience
We are the 4th generation to run our family business. By combining the most modern distilling technology with a lot of experience and know-how, products of the highest quality are created in our stills. All of our distillates are double distilled, giving them a high degree of purity, balance and a fruity aroma of distinctive varietal character.
From the careful selection of ingredients, meticulous mash and vacuum distillation processes to clean fractionation using our special Hafele distilling process, we ensure that our products acquire and maintain their unique taste in every single step.
Quality enjoyment
Our work does not end with the bottling and sale of our products, but with your enjoyment. With the highest quality standards and the desire to always do our best, we work as a family and with the entire Prinz team every day to create the highest quality brandies, schnapps and liqueurs, with a unique taste and Prinz's distinctive flavours.
Cheers!
