For lovers of creamy delights, here at Prinz, we make Eggnogs and Creams with the best regional ingredients. These include hay milk, eggs and selected fruits from the gardens of our growers. Coffee, chocolate, vanilla, cardamom, chilli and other spices are all imported, carefully checked by our quality control department, then specially prepared in alcohol by our liqueur master. All so you can enjoy the usual high Prinz quality!

Which glass is best for liqueur?
To sample our high-quality fruit liqueurs, we recommend a Schnapps Glass with a stem. This prevents your hand from warming the chilled liqueur.
If you are celebrating après-ski with our hot varieties at a lodge, a robust Schnapps Glass with a stem, designed for heated beverages, should be your first choice. These keep your liqueur warm and offer space for a tasty cream topping.
At what temperature does Prinz liqueur taste best?
For each of our liqueur specialities, we recommend optimum drinking temperatures that ensure the greatest pleasure. For a fruit juice liqueur, 10 to 12 °C is usually the right temperature. Creams are best enjoyed at 12 to 14 °C, as they are also easy to pour from the bottle at this temperature.
What is the shelf life of a Prinz liqueur?
Unopened, a liqueur or cream will keep for several years – provided you store it in a cool, dark place. Heat, strong fluctuations in temperature and sunlight change the look of alcoholic beverages and will alter the taste to their disadvantage. After opening, you should keep a liqueur or cream sealed in the refrigerator.
Which Prinz liqueur can be flambéed?
Prinz Hexenkräuter is suitable for flambéing. This herbal liqueur burns brightly when lit and creates a magical atmosphere.
Whether a liqueur or schnapps is flammable depends on the alcohol content. Spirits can only be ignited from 40 % vol upwards. Over 45% vol is better so that the alcohol burns for some time. The advantage: if liqueur burns, fine caramel notes develop.
