Orange Coconut Kiss

Refined with Nobilady Orange Coconut

Ingredients:

500ml freshly squeezed orange juice

1 tsp grated organic orange zest

1 pc. vanilla pod

1 sachet vanilla sugar

60g sugar

1 sachet vanilla custard powder

50ml Prinz Nobilady Orange Coconut Liqueur

For the topping

120g Coconut Yoghurt

1 sachet vanilla sugar

1 pc. Organic orange


Simple to prepare:

Mix all but 5 tablespoons of the orange juice with the orange zest, vanilla pulp, vanilla sugar, sugar and Nobilady Orange Coconut in a saucepan. Bring everything slowly to a boil, stirring occasionally. Add the remaining orange juice (5 tbsp) to the custard powder and mix until smooth. Now, add the mixture to the boiling juice and bring to the boil again, stirring constantly.

Pour the fruit cream into four glasses and leave to cool completely.
Mix the Coconut Yoghurt with vanilla sugar.

Wash the orange in hot water, dry it, and peel off more zest with a peeler or zester.
To serve, spread the yoghurt over the orange custard. Sprinkle with orange zest and serve.
