Rum Coconut Balls
Ingredients:
150g butter
450g dark chocolate
3 tbsp cocoa powder
4 tbsp Prinz Rum Coconut Liqueur 40% vol
5 tbsp coconut flakes
Simple to prepare
Break the chocolate into pieces and melt them slowly. This is best done in a large glass bowl over a pan of hot water.
Then add the butter, cocoa powder and Rum Coconut Liqueur, stirring constantly, until a smooth mixture is formed. Shape into small balls and roll in coconut flakes.
Place in the fridge for several hours – and you're done!
