The mild strawberry schnapps
Hand-sorted strawberries from the Lake Constance region bring a fruity taste to Erdbeerla. The production of high-proof strawberry specialities is quite complex, however. It requires a lot of experience and the sensitive nose of the master distiller to be able to capture the delicate aromas of the fruit. After the fine distillation process is complete, the distillate is stored in stoneware for around two years. Only then do we dilute it to drinking strength and process it into our Erbeerla. This mild schnapps exudes a fruity aroma as soon as it is poured. On the palate, the taste of ripe berries unfolds. This schnapps makes you want more after the first sip and reminds you of summer!
Enjoyment recommendation: Enjoy Erdbeerla in a Prinz Schnapps Glass or Stamperle Glass, at a temperature of between 15 and 18 °C.
