The refreshing raspberry summer hit
Bright red and delicately fragrant – the raspberry is one of the most popular fruits. The distinctive taste and fine combination of sweet and sour notes are simply unmistakable. It is therefore not surprising that raspberries can be used to make an excellent speciality Limes. We puree the fresh berries into a fine fruit pulp, which is then refined with a shot of high-quality alcohol and the juice of fresh lime. And there you have it: a delicious schnapps smoothie!
Enjoyment recommendation: Make sure you enjoy the Raspberry Limes ice-cold. Whether neat, with a splash of mineral water, as an aperitif with sparkling wine or in a cocktail, this is the perfect ingredient for a refreshing summer drink. The only limit is your imagination!
