Hot Summer Apricot recipe idea

Ingredients:

100 g apricots

1 tablespoon cane sugar

1 scoop vanilla ice cream

2 cl Prinz Apricot Schnapps 40 % vol


Simple to prepare:

Pit and quarter the apricots. Boil the fruit pieces with a little water and sugar in a pan until they almost disintegrate. 

Allow the pulp to cool and add the Prinz Apricot Schnapps. Then serve in a dessert bowl with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and enjoy.
