Rhubarb Spritz

Ingredients:

4cl Prinz Rhubarb Liqueur 16% vol

200ml sparkling wine or Prosecco

100ml mineral water

Mint and lime

Simple to prepare:

Put some ice in a glass. Mix the Rhubarb Liqueur with sparkling wine and mineral water to taste.

Garnish with some mint and lime, and this special summer treat is ready!
