Bittersweet Herbal drink recipe

Ingredients for the Bittersweet Herbal Drink:

4cl Prinz Alpenthaler 20.5% vol

2cl Prinz Cassis Liqueur 20% vol

2cl Lemon juice

10cl Bitter Lemon

Ice cubes, frozen blackcurrants

Lemon, rosemary


Prepared in 3 simple steps:

Put the Alpenthaler, lemon juice and Cassis Liqueur in a shaker. Shake well.

 Pour the mixture into a cold cocktail glass.

Top up with Bitter Lemon and stir gently. Add ice cubes and frozen blackcurrants. Serve with a slice of lemon and a sprig of rosemary.
