Delicious sloe liqueur
The dark blue berries of the sloe usually ripen in September. However, they are only harvested after the first frost as the effect of the cold reduces their bitter taste. What remains is a fruity, subtly tart flavour characteristic of the variety. The pressed sloe juice is then refined with a premium wild berry distillate – and the delicacy is ready. It is not just enjoyed by high mountain hunters, bringing fruity freshness to the winter season for everyone.
