Blackcurrant Brandy from Hafele

Hafele Blackcurrant Brandy is characterised by its spicy, tangy and particularly fruity aroma. The dark berries are picked in the summer months – around 25 kg of fruit is needed for one bottle. The fruit is immediately mashed then, under vacuum using the Hafele brandy distillation process, the individual aromas of the fruit are enhanced particularly well. After distillation, the distillate is stored in stoneware for about two years, where it develops its flavour perfectly. On the nose, the brandy is particularly fruity and fresh with a light floral note. On the palate, it is wonderfully fruity, spicy and yet pleasantly mild with an elegant finish.
