The Williams Pear Brandy from Hafele

Brandy made from the Williams-Christ pear is very popular and not just among connoisseurs. This is mainly due to its intense fruity flavour. For our Hafele Williams Pear Brandy, the sun-ripened fruit receives special care. A fruit mash – enriched with yeast – ferments at optimal temperatures in special containers before it is distilled using the Hafele process. A low distillation temperature ensures that the pear's characteristic primary aromas are enhanced as much as possible.

The distillate is then matured in stoneware vessels; there, it has time to fully develop its flavour. The delicate, intensely fruity, spicy taste of the Williams-Christ pear emerges both in the nose and on the palate. This Hafele Brandy is particularly popular as a digestif.

Enjoyment recommendation: Enjoy Hafele Williams Pear Brandy at a temperature of between 14 and 18 °C in a Prinz Schnapps Glass or a Hafele Glass . This spicy brandy tastes great with fish dishes.
