Fruit brandy from Austria

The orchard meadows of the Leiblach valley are the source of the tasty apples and pears which we use to produce our Brennter. The distinctive varietal character and the strong aroma of these fruits ensure a high-quality flavour. After gentle mashing, we distil the fruit in a controlled fine distillation process. The flavour-intensive distillate is then stored for several years in stoneware containers, allowing it time to develop. Both on the nose and the palate, the distillate features intense fruity notes. A full-bodied fruit brandy that lingers long in the finish.

Enjoyment recommendation: Enjoy Brennter chilled in a Stamperle Glass or Prinz Schnapps Glass at a temperature of between 14 and 18 °C.
