What does legal guarantee mean?
When you purchase goods from our Prinz Online Shop, we are liable, in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions, for any lack of conformity that already exists at the time the goods are delivered and becomes apparent within the legal guarantee period.
The official harmonised EU notice
The following graphic complies with Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/1960 (Annex I) and provides a clear overview of your legal guarantee rights as well as the procedure to follow if goods you have purchased are defective.
The harmonised notice contains a QR code that takes you directly to the EU portal “Your Europe”. There you will find further information about your rights in the individual Member States of the European Union, as well as guidance on the steps you can take if problems arise.
