The red gooseberry is characterised by its high yield and has a sweet and sour taste. These berries are medium-sized and grow in clusters. They are extremely healthy and can be used in a variety of ways. Thanks to their thin skin, firm flesh and delicious flavour, they are ideal for making fine liqueurs.
