Fruity Willibert
Ingredients:
4cl Prinz Williams Pear Schnapps 40% vol
3cl freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tbsp sugar
8cl apple-pear juice
Ice cubes
Fresh mint, apple or pear
Simple to prepare:
Put all the ingredients in a shaker. Shake or stir well.
Pour the mix into a chilled cocktail glass and add ice cubes if desired.
Finally, garnish the glass with fresh mint and a slice of apple or pear – your Fruity Willibert is ready!
