Birnerla is a delightful pear schnapps that offers a mild, fruity taste with a pleasant sweetness. Particularly popular at cosy gatherings but suitable for a wide variety of occasions, we produce the fine Williams-Christ pear distillate from the best quality sun-drenched fruits. The distillate is then matured for several years in stoneware vessels – a resting period that also gives the Birnerla Pear Schnapps its full-bodied character.

A drinking experience for many occasions

The Willi is compelling both on the nose and on the palate. With its incomparable fruitiness and sweetness, the finish is soft, almost smooth. The pure taste of pear makes for a great drinking experience! You can also try our other mildly fruity varieties such as the Hausschnaps Apricot Schnapps.
