Only sun-drenched Williams pears and apricots from the best locations are used for these two specialities. Gently distilled, the distillates are first stored in stoneware before they mature for several months in wooden barrels as a finishing touch. There, their typical colouring and barrel character is enhanced. The Old Williams Pear impresses with a particularly intense taste of distinctive varietal character; full-bodied, tart and spicy, with a subtle sweetness and at – at the same time – incredibly smooth. The Old Apricot features characteristic, intensely sweet taste notes and a wonderfully fruity fragrance.
