The Obst Schnapps is a traditional schnapps with a long history of being produced in Austrian fruit-growing regions. The mash for making the schnapps must consist of at least two or more types of fruit – for our Obst Schnapps with 40 % vol, we only process refined apples and pears from our local trees. With a lot of skill and many years of experience, we succeed in consistently producing fruit schnapps of the highest quality, typical of the Austrian tradition.
Maturing Obst Schnapps for several years in stoneware gives it a particularly well-balanced taste. With fine apple and pear notes in the nose and a pleasant fruitiness on the palate, it is always sure to impress!
Enjoyment recommendation: Enjoy Obst Schnapps in a Stamperle or Schnapps Glass at a temperature between 17 and 20 °C.
