On mountain pastures or in leafy forests, you might have come across blueberries – or bilberries – in the wild. Or you might be more familiar with the cultivated variety found on supermarket shelves. Compared to wild berries, cultivated berries are usually much larger but are not nearly as tasty. So it's no wonder that we prefer the wild variety when making our liqueur and are happy to put up with blue-stained fingers!
Freshly collected, the blueberries are put into the juice press, then by adding the finest distillate, our delicately fragranced Wild Blueberry Liqueur is created. Offering an impressive balance of sugar and acidity, this is a delicious, full-fruited speciality with a strong colour!
Enjoyment recommendation: Enjoy Wild Blueberry Liqueur straight, spritzed with prosecco or in a refreshing cocktail at a temperature of between 10 and 17 °C.
