Fruit juice liqueur made from raspberries
In June and then again from August to October, when the berries ripen, the bright red, intense tasting fruits of the raspberry bush make life a little sweeter. Sorted by hand and delivered to us fresh, it is especially important to process the ripe raspberries immediately.
Some of them go directly into the juice press, while the others find their way into our copper stills a few weeks later. Both components – juice and distillate – are then used to create our Wild Raspberry Liqueur, which is guaranteed to impress with its intense fruity notes and light sweetness.
Enjoyment recommendation: Enjoy Wild Raspberry Liqueur well chilled at a temperature of between 10 and 17 °C – whether neat, with sparkling wine or with dessert.
