The Plum Brandy from Hafele
Deep blue plums from the Lake Constance region are checked and packed by a local grower. Afterwards, the plums are pitted so that the fine sweet-fruity aroma is not impaired. Through a careful, gradual distillation process, the fine fruity tones are captured, ready to be transformed into Hafele Plum Brandy. A light taste of bitter almond combined with the typical aromatic varietal flavour results in a full-bodied taste experience.
