Nusserla Hazelnut Schnapps is a speciality schnapps with a wonderfully nutty taste. The harvested hazelnuts are first shelled, chopped and then lightly roasted in our own roastery before we macerate them in alcohol. The mixture is processed into a fine hazelnut distillate, which is then matured in stoneware for a considerable time. This gives the Nusserla Hazelnut Schnapps its intense flavours and the special mildness in its finish. The fine roasted aromas and the characteristic taste of the hazelnuts are captivating. You simply have to share this pleasure!
