The mild peach speciality schnapps
Fruity Pfirserla, made with a fine distillate of sun-ripened peaches, is a real treat. The fruits that we use ripen under ideal climatic conditions, and processing takes place directly after delivery to our Obsthof. This is important for the quality of the distillate. On the nose, Pfirserla features an intense aroma, which immediately conjures up images of abundantly laden trees. On the palate, it unfolds an aromatic, smooth taste with a long finish. Simply delicious!
Enjoyment recommendation: Enjoy Pfirserla slightly chilled in a Prinz Schnapps Glass or Stamperle Glass, at a temperature of between 15 and 18 °C.
