Fruit juice liqueur made from wild blackberries

If you like to spend time in the great outdoors, then you have probably come across the dense, almost impenetrable undergrowth of wild blackberries. The bushes are widespread and spring up all over the place – it doesn't take much to get a thicket growing! The best thing about them: when it's time to harvest the wonderful fruits they are usually abundant, which makes us very happy every year.

Compared to the cultivated blackberry, the wild variety is much smaller and the flavour more intense – perfect for our delicious Wild Blackberry Liqueur. Ripe, freshly harvested fruits are put into the juice press, then refined with a distillate which we also make from wild blackberries. The result tastes wonderfully fruity, intensely of berries, and pleasantly sweet.

Enjoyment recommendation: Enjoy Wild Blackberry Liqueur neat, in a cocktail or with sweet desserts, at a temperature of between 10 and 17 °C.
