The Raspberry Brandy from Hafele

Raspberry is one of the most popular fruits due to its intense, juicy and slightly sweet taste. These characteristics are also very much appreciated in fruit spirits, and approximately 25 kg of sun-ripened fruit is needed for just one bottle of our Hafele Raspberry Brandy.

Prinz's Hafele Brandy process guarantees the highest quality. Directly after picking, the berries are made into a mash, and after this is fermented, the distillation process begins. The distillate is stored in stoneware for at least two years until it has reached full maturation. The result is an incredibly fine, delicately fragrant brandy, with a fruity and particularly long-lasting taste on the palate.
