Distilled from highly aromatic Williams-Christ pears
We distil only the best quality fruit for our fruit schnapps and give each distillate time to fully develop its varietal character in the stoneware. That's why every sip of Birnerla Pear Schnapps tastes like a bite of a fully ripe Williams-Christ pear – fruity, sweet and soft on the finish.
